Mel’s Diners Restaurant

The diner culture hasn’t changed for over a quarter of a century. Here at Mel’s we serve homemade food with fast, friendly service, at prices everyone can afford. We’re known for our Old-Fashioned Home-Cooked Favorites, Signature Sandwiches, our Famous Burgers, our Mel’s Diner Sensational Salads and our All You Can Eat Fish Fry. We still make our own meat loaf, roast our own turkeys, hand-patty our famous burgers, hand-dip the ice cream for our milkshakes, smoke our baby-back ribs, hand-bread our fish, make mile-high pies and serve daily blue plates.

This place was amazing Absolutely top notch breakfast. We even ended breakfast with some of thief apple pie
Our service was exceptional and made us feel tight at home.
We’ll be back every time were is the area.

Highly recommended…..

Food and service were both very good. Huge menu so it’s hard to decide what you want Building really looks like “Happy Days” Mel on outside but retro modern on the inside. Would eat there again next time we’re in town. Had to try a burger and my favorite app, fried pickles. Wife liked the hot roast beef.

Whenever I am in SW Florida, I always stop in at my favorite retro style comfort food diner chain, Mel’s Diner. I have never been disappointed by any of their locations. Great food, great prices, great oldies but goodies music, and a full bar if you’re dying for alcohol. Susin S.

The food was great! Hangover burger was the best chili burger I’ve ever had. Great and friendly service. Will come back for sure!

The service was great. I went alone and everyone that passed my table said hello. The waitress came over right away and payed attention throughout the meal. I believe it was the manager who even cleared my soup the second I finished it.

The price is most definitely refreshing! I got the Turkey Meal which comes with soup and salad, and also a side. I chose the navy bean and ham soup. It was served piping hot and was actually very yummy. It’s a nice comforting hearty soup.

The salad was your typical house salad and I was pleased the lettuce and cucumbers were fresh and crisp.

The turkey was very tender. It was yummy. The vegetables looked thawed and the sweet potato fries had good flavor but weren’t crispy enough for me. I kind of had a blonde moment and should have tried the mashed potatoes. I wasn’t thinking very well on that one.

The grand total was 12 bucks. Next time I go back, I think I’ll have one of the salads.

By far my favorite restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and the hostess has a perfect memory. She recognized me and my order even though it had been several weeks since my previous visit.

I took my mother with me for lunch this time. Their burgers are absolutely delicious, and for a grand total of $20 both I and my mother are completely full and 100% satisfied. Great food, fantastic service, very fair prices, and generous portion sizes make this my diner of choice in southwest Florida.

A 1950’s style diner. All the right colors and chrome you would ever want to see. This was another place I have never tried in Naples.

I would say if you are looking for a classic burger and shake this is the place. My wife ordered a shake and it looked perfect. I had a bowl of soup and a burger. The food was good service was less than perfect but still acceptable.

I have driven by Mel’s Diner numerous times but had never eaten there, until tonight. I will definitely be back! The service was great and the food was delicious. The owners were present and very attentive to myself and all other guests. I ordered meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy and the dinner came with biscuits, soup and salad. My guy ordered chicken fried steak with all the fixings. The helpings were so generous that we both had plenty of food left for lunch tomorrow. Everything was very fresh and tasted homemade. I highly recommend Mel’s!
