THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING US. WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT AND LOYALTY.
For decades, you have shared a meal with us around our table. And now, we are experiencing very unusual and challenging times. As we continue to feel the impact of Coronavirus, we want to ensure that your health and safety is our top priority. We have taken pride in having a clean restaurant and providing a safe environment for you to enjoy our famous homemade meals. But now, as we reopen for dine-in, we are increasing the frequency and intensity of our cleaning procedures while continuing to take guidance from the CDC and our local health authorities. We are not only meeting but we are exceeding guidelines of Governor’s Executive Order Number 20-112.
In addition to our already rigorous cleaning regimes, we have intensified our efforts:
- We offer touchless paper menus
- Our staff will wear masks and gloves at all times.
- We have placed hand sanitizers outside the door, in our lobby, and in several key points in our dining room.
- We will provide a new three page menu which we sanitize after every use
- We are stepping up our hand washing protocol and sanitizing procedures.
- We are increasing the cleaning and disinfecting of tables after each use with a special coronavirus disinfected spray.
- We are increasing the cleaning and sanitizing of all our prep tables constantly during the day.
- We are cleaning and sanitizing the door handles more frequently.
- We provide table top condiments at customer’s request that are sanitized after every use.
- We do not allow our staff members who are not feeling well to come to work. We will check their temperature often.
- We have advised our employees to keep their distance from the guests and limit personal contact.
- To give our employees more time to clean, we will adjust our opening hours to 8 AM- 9 PM for all of our locations.
What do we expect you to do?
- Wash your hands frequently for 20 seconds and use paper towels to dry them
- Stay home if you have any flu-like symptoms
- Try to keep a distance and limit personal contact with our employees
- Follow all of the instructions and updates from CDC and local health authorities
We want you to know that there is nothing more important to us than keeping you safe. We have delivered that promise to you for many years and will certainly continue to do so. If you feel uncomfortable joining our table, we will provide curbside carry-out where we will make our meals available for you at each of our locations. Please place the orders on the phone, pay by credit card, and park at our designated curbside parking spot. We will bring the meal to your car.
